Functional Skills online
We recently partnered with Pass Functional Skills (PFS), which enables us to access significant discounts for their online platform. The PFS website provides clear information about the online learning journey and explains the options to take the Functional Skills exam with them, which can be completed at home online.​

Access to PFS platform through the Hub is £79 (saving around £110). This cost is per subject.
Options for Level 1 or Level 2 Maths and English.
Option to book exam through the Hub - £150.

Age: there are guidelines for ages on the PFS website, however all young people learn at their own pace. So there is no set age, it is purely on ability. There is a 'Initial Assessment Diagnostic Test' on the PFS website which gives you a guide to the Level your young person is at.

If you are interested in buying a license to access the platform or in doing the exam with PFS please email us. This is a offer for our members, we have a one off annual membership fee of £10.

Effectively, we buy a license on your behalf, we then link you to our learning support guide at PFS who will then onboard your young person and set them up for their self directed learning journey.
